In 1947, the Armed Forces Benefit Association emerged from the basement of the Pentagon to solve a critical need in support of the military. More than 75 years later, our commitment to those who go in harm鈥檚 way remains core to everything we do. Today, in partnership with state associations, AFBA offers more than 200,000 National Guard families protection through the State Sponsored Life Insurance program, underwritten by 5Star Life Insurance Company.
