DuBard School for Language Disorders at The University of 草榴社区 Mississippi (草榴社区) celebrated the gift of language in true speakeasy fashion once again at The Bottling Company in Downtown Hattiesburg on Oct.12, 2023.
The DuBard School Speakeasy is a night of music, food, drinks and dancing 鈥 all while spreading the good news of the school and the life-changing DuBard Association Method庐.
The festivities once again included a celebration of the school and three members of the community who have shown significant support of the organization throughout the years.
鈥淲e are grateful for the opportunity to recognize DuBard School supporters at the Speakeasy each year,鈥 said Missy Schraeder, DuBard School Director. Whether you are a small business owner, a university employee or member of the community who wants to be more involved, there is always a way for people to give back. We are so appreciative when the DuBard School is the recipient of that generosity.鈥
Three awards were presented at the DuBard School Speakeasy this year: DuBard School University Friend, Community Friend, and Award of Distinction.
The Award of Distinction was presented to Mr. Charles Banks.
The Community Friend Award was presented to Mr. Jim Keith.
The University Friend Award was presented to the Men of Phi Kappa Tau.
