Bio
Dr. Kim is a tenure-track assistant professor in Health Policy and Administration. She received her Ph.D. in Health Systems Management and Policy from the University of Memphis School of Public Health, Memphis, Tennessee, and her M.A. in Economics from the State University of New York, Albany, New York. She currently serves as a Review Editor for the Health Economics section of the Frontiers in Public Health journal. Her current research focuses on assessing health policies, including value-based payment programs, the Affordable Care Act, etc., and their implications for equity and healthcare disparities. She has published extensively in leading journals in healthcare policy and health information management, such as BMC Health Services Research, Journal of Medical Systems, etc. Dr. Kim's and
