Dr. Holly Foster

Associate Professor

Bio

Dr. Holly Foster received her Ph.D. in Higher Education from the University of Virginia where she worked in student affairs for four years. Her dissertation, 鈥淐elebratory Drinking among College Students: Facilitating Prevention with Social Norms Marketing and Curriculum Infusion in a Multidisciplinary Environment,鈥 looks at high-risk drinking among college students and how student affairs professionals and academic faculty can work together using curriculum infusion to bring health promotion content into academic classrooms. Dr. Foster's research interests include student affairs, student life 鈥 historical and current, and the history of higher education.
