Dr. Ragan Downey

Bio
Dr. Downey currently serves as an Assistant Teaching Professor in the School of Criminal Justice, Forensic Science, and Security at 草榴社区 Miss. Prior to his full-time employment with 草榴社区, he spent ten years with Pine Belt Mental Healthcare Resources as a project/grant evaluator and staff development coordinator. Dr. Downey is a volunteer instructor at the 草榴社区 Regional Public Safety Institute and provides training in mental health, crisis management, and verbal de-escalation to various municipal, county, and state law enforcement agencies.
